As we have made the transition to being a Social Enterprise we have begun to look at changing the way we operate. Part of that process is how we become better accountable to the social aims of the organisation. To that end, we are looking to appoint three non-executive directors who can support the organisation to grow.

This is an opportunity to help shape the development of civic technology in health and wellbeing. We make no secret that our aim is to change the way that services are commissioned, focussing on the whole person and aligning outcomes with the individual. We are also dedicated to increasing the uptake of Open Source software in the voluntary sector, if you share our commitment then you can help us promote this objective.

We have created a unique approach to measuring outcomes and we have developed proven software tools for making that measurement a day to day reality. We now need help from interested people to take this approach to a wider audience.

We are looking for people who are committed to good governance but also have experience in areas such as marketing, design, technology and finance. This commitment would require you to understand the nature of our business and be able to put time into shaping the strategic objectives of the organisation. This will entail around four hours a month to take part in meetings with staff and other non-executive directors.

Although we are based in Birmingham we are keen to extend our operations to other areas. We would welcome interest from across the country.

This is a unique opportunity to help develop our platform and take it to its next stage.
