We are still celebrating our transition into being a Social Enterprise which means we are into the second month of our offers of support. Having completed June’s offer to Housing Associations we would like to switch July’s focus to mental health.
In July we are looking for three organisations that carry out face to face work with people supporting them to manage mental health issues. We aim to provide each organisation with access to our Risk Tracker system, support in setting it up and training for staff. Risk Tracker is the only client management system that supports whole person assessment and relates the work that is carried out with clients directly to National Outcome Frameworks. This means that the work you do can be set out to commissioners in a way that will give you better access to funding.
Who would this offer suit?
We are making this offer to small organisations that work face to face with individuals to help them improve their mental health. We do not expect any organisations to be defined as purely working in mental health, we recognise that services aren’t as simple as that. We want to provide the opportunity to the sort of organisation that haven’t previously thought of using this type of system to manage and prove the impact of their work.
What does the offer include?
- Full set up of your organisation on our cloud-based Risk Tracker system
- Training for your staff
- One years worth of support for your organisation
- Every update that is made to the system over the next year
- Access to our policy library
- Updates as national policy evolves
What do we need from you?
A commitment to have the system setup and running in July. We need to be ready to support another sector with a similar offer in August. We can get an organisation completely set up in around a day and can fit training in to meet your needs.
We are afraid this offer is not completely free. We’re offering this fully hosted and supported package for £1000 (plus VAT). We would like to be able to offer this to you at no cost but the servers that each system sits on come at a cost. We use Microsoft Azure servers to host Risk Tracker because it provides a level of security that we think your client data deserves. It also means that we can backup of data every thirty minutes
We would also like to get the three organisations that take up this offer to work together to share their experience and help us to shape this system to work in the way that best suits you. Which is why we are asking for a broad interpretation of mental health support, we would each organisation to have a shared experience and benefit from working together. We are committed to Open Source software development which means that our systems are evolving all of the time. We want to work with you to shape a system that meets all of your needs.
